Sara has been a long-time supporter of my photography work, so we’ve naturally spent years talking about her UT Austin senior photos session. There have been many jokes about when the time would come. Alas, here we are! It goes without saying that Sara is one of my favorite people. She and I met during her senior year of high school when she was a Subiendo Academy participant and I was a team leader. Over the years, we’ve become very good friends during our time at UT. We were even both communication majors!
Sara’s mom joined us for her photo session. While I always encourage my clients to bring along friends and family members to help make them comfortable, this was the first time a parent joined us. Talk about supportive parenting – there for you from the beginning all the way to the end of undergrad! Love it. Of course, we had to feature mom in a few photos. If you’re a future client of mine and you’re curious if we’d be able to take a few snaps with someone you bring along, the answer is always yes.
